Stephen C. Smith, Attorney

Mr. Smiths criminal practice is statewide and includes the representation of criminal defendants in serious federal matters. Some of his criminal defense cases include murder, manslaughter, drug offenses, traffic violations, domestic violence, sex offenses, and weapons offenses.

Military: A Desert Storm vet, Mr. Smith served in the U.S. Army Infantry from 1987-1991. He was a Sniper Team Leader in the reserves from 1991-1998 and an Engineer Platoon Leader from 1998-2000. Mr. Smith currently serves as a JAG officer with the Maine Army National Guard.
